These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ep77 platform and all its services. All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. If there are any changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment details, please notify the support team.

2.4 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. ep77 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Please notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ep77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Guidelines

• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Using ep77 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large transactions.
• ep77 may suspend any payment at any time in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The deadline for claiming a bonus will be determined according to the conditions stated on the promotions page.
• ep77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled from the associated account.

ep77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can be promoted to higher tiers based on regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited to the account within the designated timeframe. ep77 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

ep77 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games available on the platform operate using SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ep77:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial assistance.

6.3 Technical Issues

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and is subject to penalties.
• Sports betting odds may change — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.

8.1 Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before closure.

8.2 Suspension by ep77

ep77 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Court order or legal requirement.

ep77 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

14.1 Governing Law

14.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.
